We want you to love your jersey. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are here to help.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
• Personalised jerseys (with custom name or number) cannot be returned unless they are faulty

How to Return

To start a return please contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first as this may delay your refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a further 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
