How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped with free worldwide tracked delivery and typically arrive within 7–14 days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing — shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with full tracking included.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page with the tracking number from your dispatch email. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update after dispatch.
Sizing
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page has a Size Guide tab with height and chest measurements in cm and inches. Fan/replica jerseys are a regular fit; player/authentic versions are slim fit — size up if you’re between sizes.
Do you have kids sizes?
Kids jerseys use their own size chart (based on height, ages roughly 6–15). You’ll find it in the Size Guide tab on any kids product.
Personalisation
Can I add a name and number?
Yes — personalisation is completely free. Add a name, a number, or both to any jersey at no extra cost.
Can I return a personalised jersey?
Personalised jerseys are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or incorrect. Double-check your spelling and number before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Non-personalised items in unworn, original condition with tags can be returned for a refund or exchange. Get in touch via our Contact page and we’ll sort it quickly.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Send us a photo via the Contact page within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or full refund — including for personalised items that arrive faulty.
Replica vs Authentic
What’s the difference between fan (replica) and player (authentic) versions?
Fan/replica jerseys are the version most supporters wear: regular fit, durable comfortable fabric, and the same design as worn on the pitch. Player/authentic versions are what the players actually wear: slim athletic fit, lighter performance fabric, and heat-pressed details. Unless a product says otherwise, our jerseys are premium fan versions.
