These terms apply to all purchases from footballjerseycentral.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
About our products
We sell premium fan-version (replica-style) football jerseys, including retro and special-edition designs. Football Jersey Central is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, league, federation or kit manufacturer. Club and national team names, crests and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products.
Orders & payment
- An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email.
- Prices are shown in your local currency where available; the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.
- We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil (e.g. stock or pricing errors).
Personalisation
Name and number personalisation is free. Please double-check spelling and numbers before ordering — personalised jerseys are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect on arrival.
Delivery
All orders ship with free worldwide tracked delivery, typically arriving within 7–14 days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and occasional customs or carrier delays are outside our control. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & refunds
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.
- Non-personalised items in unworn, original condition with tags qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full — including personalised jerseys. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.
Promotions
Offers such as “2 for £40” and “buy 3 get 1 free” apply as described at checkout, can’t be combined with other discounts unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law. Beyond what the law requires, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
